Who we are
This website is operated by New Hax, run by Ahmet Burak Orhan, Ankara, Türkiye. Questions about your data: hello@newhaxtech.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
- Emails you send us: your email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics to count visits.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the services you ask for, and keep the website secure. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and email forwarding.
- FormSubmit — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail) — our email inbox.
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client correspondence is kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, under the GDPR and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Email hello@newhaxtech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
